Safety: This oil can be photosensitive, however this oil has had the chemical removed hence FCF after the name. Do not apply direct to skin, Do not apply directly to bath water as oil and water do not mix.

Uses: Helps to calm and focus the mind, Calming, uplifting, energising, alleviate fatigue

Directions for use:

• If applying onto skin mix with a carrier oil or lotion
  • Adults: 3-6 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
  • Children & Elderly: 1-3 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
• If used in the bath, mix with a plain base liquid soap or white lotion
  • Adults: 3-6 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
  • Children & Elderly: 1-3 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
• If used in a diffuser apply 1-2 drops
