Steam distilled from the fresh or partly dried leaves

Latin Name: Cymbopogon citrates

Plant Family: Poaceae

Note: Top – Middle

Safety: Use with caution can cause skin sensitivity.. Do not apply direct to skin, Do not apply directly to bath water as oil and water do not mix.

Uses: Help with mental fatigue, Muscular aches and pains, emotional clarity

Directions for use:

• If applying onto skin mix with a carrier oil or lotion
  • Adults: 3-6 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
  • Children & Elderly: 1-3 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
• If used in the bath, mix with a plain base liquid soap or white lotion
  • Adults: 3-6 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
  • Children & Elderly: 1-3 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
• If used in a diffuser apply 1-2 drops
