Safety: Not suitable fro us on babies or young children, also avoid if you have cardiac fibrillation. Do not apply direct to skin, Do not apply directly to bath water as oil and water do not mix.

Uses: Indigestion, Bloating, migraines/headaches, nausea, nervous conditions

Directions for use:

• If applying onto skin mix with a carrier oil or lotion
  • Adults: 3-6 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
  • Children & Elderly: 1-3 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
• If used in the bath, mix with a plain base liquid soap or white lotion
  • Adults: 3-6 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
  • Children & Elderly: 1-3 drops per 10ml carrier oil/lotion
• If used in a diffuser apply 1-2 drops
