Lack of Focus/Concentration getting you down in lockdown?

We have nearly made our way through January which is usually a tough month without Lockdown and Covid restrictions. Mood and energy levels are lower at the moment with not being able to see or hug our loved ones, stresses from Home schooling, working from home, Zoom fatigue and everything else that is being thrown at you at the moment.

Are you finding it all getting on top of you and being pulled in all different directions and feel you are running on empty?  You could look introducing some Essential Oils into the home in a number of ways to try and help bring calm and focus for all.

Focus / Concentration

Is anyone in the household struggling with focus and concentration for work or home schooling?  Lack of focus or concentration is linked to a number of issues such as stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, but also a change in your normal routine and extra pressures added to your daily life.  Some people might see working from home an added bonus and can be very productive, whereas other people need the office environment to be productive and then add into the mix of home schooling or your partner fighting you for the area of the kitchen table to work from can add to lack of focus and concentration.

You can use the following Essential Oils could help to improve your focus and concentration within the household.
