Block Booking Policy
Full payment is required at time of booking, it is recommenced to provisionally book all you 5 or 10 sessions to guarantee your preferred dates and times. These can be changed with at least 24 hours notice to Essential Thyme.
Blocks of 5 sessions valid for 6 months from date of first appointment
Blocks of 10 sessions valid for 12 months from date of first appointment
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your appointment without contacting Essential Thyme your appointment will be classed as a no show and this session will become void, the same if you do not turn up for a booked appointment or cancelled less than midday the day prior to your appointment, full appointment charges will be applied.
cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, please get in touch by telephone, text or email no later than midday the day prior to your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your full appointment charge will be applied.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your appointment without contacting Essential Thyme to advise you are running late your appointment will be classed as a no show and full appointment charge will be applied.
pregnancy
Essential Thyme is unable to offer massage to anyone who is in their First Trimester of their pregnancy. However, massage IS available from the Second Trimester onwards.
Please check with your GP or Midwife that they are happy for you to receive a massage – and if you have any questions prior to booking, please get in touch by telephone, text or email.
Also: please note that Essential Thyme is unable to offer Aromatherapy Massage for breast-feeding mothers.
