I had such a positive experience training with Sandra. It was a 1 on 1 Swedish massage course. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and supportive, and made the whole learning experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. Sandra explained everything clearly and was always happy to answer questions and give helpful feedback. I really appreciated how encouraging she was throughout the practical training, as it helped me build my confidence. I would highly recommend Sandra to anyone looking to train in massage therapy. A fantastic trainer and a lovely person!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I completed the Swedish Massage training with Sandra in August as a one-to-one course, bringing a friend along as my model for the day. From the very beginning, everything was well organised. I received all the information and materials I needed beforehand, and Sandra answered all of my questions before the course, which really helped me feel prepared. During the training, Sandra was incredibly patient and took the time to go over techniques as many times as I needed. She made sure I understood everything and left feeling happy, confident, and excited to put my new skills into practice. The post-course work and assessments have been invaluable for consolidating what I learned. Sandra's feedback has been detailed, constructive, and encouraging, helping me continue to develop my confidence and proficiency. Thank you, Sandra, for such a supportive and enjoyable learning experience. I would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to learn Swedish massage.

Sandra is an excellent professional Trainer and start-up Adviser. She draw for me my personal marketing plan, which is tailored specifically to my surrounding area, and, I am pretty sure, it will accelerate my draft imperfect plan. Thx 4 that.

I've been suffering from neck & back pain for quite some time. The muscles in my neck & back were really stiff, often making a crunching sound. I booked a session with Sandra for myofascial & trigger release. I can honestly say she was truly amazing. She worked on the tense areas gently yet firm enough on the trigger points & kneaded the pain away. I now have better movement in my neck area & have been relieved from most of the back pain. Thank you Sandra, words can't express how grateful I am to have found your therapy clinic. Sahina

I recently trained in Anatomy & Physiology and Indian Head Massage with Sandra at Essential Thyme. The training was so well structured, informal but super professional. Sandra has so much experience and knowledge and really invests her time in you to ensure that you are confident, and well equipped to go on to practice. I will definitely be booking more courses in the future. Highly recommend.

I did my swedish massage with Sandra. The training was brilliant, so informative with a workbook to refer to after and tips for setting up my business. Sandra is very approachable and responsive. Really recommend.

I've just completed two training courses with Essential Thyme. One for Swedish Massage and another for Indian Head Massage, both courses also covered Anatomy & Physiology. Sandra is a fantastic trainer, very knowledgable and engaging. The course content was very thorough. I was given detailed feedback on my case studies. The wrap around support and manual were also excellent. I can highly recommend!
